- 1.5 cups fresh coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 inch of grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- pinch of cinnamon
Place all ingredients in a pot on the stove and whisk until you reach your desired temperature. Alternatively, you can place everything in your vitamix and blend till warm. This will add more froth, giving your drink more of a latte vibe. I like to sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top once I’ve poured it into a cup. Enjoy!
